Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 2 tsp baking powder

• ½ tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp cinnamon

• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

• 1 cup sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 ½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen, tossed lightly in flour)

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a Dutch oven with parchment.

• In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

• In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.

• Stir in sour cream until smooth.

• Gently fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.

• Fold in blueberries.

• Pour batter into Dutch oven, spread evenly.

• Bake uncovered for 55–65 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

• Cool 15 minutes in the Dutch oven, then lift out using parchment.
